so is that expanded polystyrene? I met John Silver aka foam man on Swaylock's at the beach the other day. He had a pick-up full of custom EPS for Rusty. He was giving me the hard sell on EPS/Epoxy and I'm intrigued because I think I could use the epoxy at home without stinking out the neighbors.

no spackle. like ro have the resin bond directly to the blank. call me crazy. doesn't add that much weight, and is a stronger bond.

yes it is eps/epoxy. and, its true that epoxy doesn't stink like poly. in fact, if you get RR, you can clean it up with alchohol, or fast orange.
