Pavel Dog Pile

The UK Fish Fry was a huge success, and I thimk it is safe to say that everyone thouroughly enjoyed themselves. So much so, that at the Jube bar after, Manny, Chritenson, myself, and the crew from Scallop(portugal)had a dog pile on Pavel after he won a game of fooze(or was it booze?)ball...

I would like to publicly thank Jules, Skelly, and the entire crew at Gulfstream for being such perfect hosts.

Jim, Mick, and the guys at LOKBOX for organizing the event.

To everyone who went, it was a pleasure meeting you all,

and look forward to seeing, and hearing from you again.

The memories(and possibly the hangover..) will last forever, and am looking forward to the next one. Did I hear something about Portugal?

My Old Rides

Found some pictures of my old car, and scooter from my days in OB, California.

Good days....ah, the memories...

'69 Squareback. The best year if you ask me for style.
Prior to that, while living in SF, my mode was another '69

Innocenti Lambretta SX200, with skimmedhead, and expansion chamber exhaust.

It would pull wheelies, and make all the bikers double take as I passed them

on the freeway at 70mph...

All the lights worked too. Look out ladies!

What went wrong?

As always, Derek Hynd has a great comment in the Surfer's Path

about the state of current surfing:

"There's so much muck; Imean, surfers are just so stupid sometimes; they have to face up; the message is so distoreted. What's been done to the Fish for example is just a disgrace."
