surely the life path has many turnings. it dips & bends, rises & descends. the roadsigns are joy & despair, wholeness & disintegration, achievement & disappointment, strength & weakness, belonging & loss. we who do travel upon it would do well to heed its lessons, to tread lightly, to walk gratefully, to help one another upon the way.
