well, i was a bit nervous really when it came time to glass them, because i am so used to the long working time with epoxy. But, it was quite easy, and the fact that it didn't take 3 hours to flip them was a huge plus...
Shaping was fun, but itchy and messy. You don't get as fine a dust with EPS foam, so there's no itch. But, it was nice to be able to get real crisp lines with the poly blank that you can't with EPS.
I don't remember the dims, but when the guys get back from Portugal, will take some measurements.

Those are great looking boards.
They look great! How about their dimensions? How's the feeling of shaping a PU/PE again in comparison to Epoxies?
