well, it's like a bumble bee, but not...i took a sporty fish template, and blended it with a retro bonzer, and some hull inspired designs to come up with this idea... really fun to do!
its a whole blend of templates really for a guy who's coming off a funboard, that wants to still catch a lot of waves. Also, the waves in England are usually quite fat, and soft so the wide tail should help catch, and keep the wave.
the rails aren't as thick as they look, in fact i marked it out a 1" for my 1st pass with the planer.
